I always vote and thank goodness that I live in a country where it is my right to do so. I complain about people who do not exercise the right. I realize they have a right to make the choice not to vote, but good heavens - when I think about the people in the world who do not have ANY say at all in their government, I just cannot understand why someone wouldn't want to vote.

I always vote. I see it as a privilege to be able to do so and would never throw away my right to have a voice by just not voting. I wish more people exercised their rights to vote. Can you image what an impact it could have in the outcome of things if every person who usually doesn't vote actually did?

I exercise my right to vote...so I can complain if I want to. If I didn't vote, I wouldn't have any right to complain.

I vote, I figure I don't really have a right to complain about the government if I don't take some part in it!

Complaining about the government will not get me anywhere so I would rather exercise my right to vote and choose a candidate whom I deemed to be the one who backs up his words with actions.

I VOTE..... If you don't vote ... you don't have the right to complain..

If you vote at least you have a chance of changing the things you do not like about our govenrment.
It seems like your vote doesnt make a differnence ... But it does... One person can make a diffenrence.. AND it sounds like every one here plans on making a difference on tuesday.

Neither. I think the right to vote must be restricted or it must be given to 1/3 rd of the population in a rotational basis. That way the expenditure incurred on elections will come down at the same time proxy voting as it occurs in some countries can be avoided.
