Driveway installer problem?

Hi all , i had a new driveway installed and the contractor damaged the pavement outside my house. They have tried to patch it and paint it , but it still looks terrible. Can i force them to retarmac it ???. They are trying to get of of this . All help is appreciated

Actually your responsible for what you allow and who you hire on your property.Be careful you could be sued by the city or state.

Yes if your not happy, ask them to resurface it. If they refuse contact the better business bureau and threaten a law suit!
