Heroes and Studio 60. Heroes is a great twist to the "birth" of super-heroes and the angst that comes with the power and responsibility. Studio 60 is a cool, well-written "cast" show within a show that is smart, witty and has *intelligent* humor - not fart/potty humor.

First of all I think the reason he is asking this is because he has a Dish and sometimes you have to pay for local stations like ABC and CBS, so if I was to pick I would pick either Heroes or Jericho, both are great shows that leave ya guessing on whats going to happen next week.

Well, you can watch most of those shows online for free. That's what I do for shows I miss on tv the night before ('coz I'm usually busy watching some other channel). Personally, I like Heroes and Ugly Betty on your list.

I haven't seen any of these but from what I've heard Hero's is the best! everyone seems to love that show but I missed the first few episodes so I'm not even going to bother catching up.

I love Ugly Betty and Shark.
I've watches Hero and it is alright. Kinda confusing.
