its the theme songs to the training video/promo's they had!
it was made for the wwe! by the WWE!
its so cool!
the " yo , yo , yo , yo , papa forty and cheak ya rolies" bit is said by the guy who does all the wwe advertisments voice overs! but shad gaspard says"brooklyin ,brooklyin" then the actual music is done by the wwe producttion team!
by the way , I STOLE this info, only kidding!

It's not a real rap song. It was made by the WWE's music department who also makes most WWE themes other than the one's artists perform like the Big Show's theme and HHH'S King of Kings theme. You'll have to try and download a version of it somewhere or hope the WWE releases another theme song CD soon and include Cryme Tyme's theme in it.
