I am an amateur DJ and I want to know what kind of games i can make the audience play while they dance. I would like to keep the crowd involved hence i need some dancefloor games. please let me know if u know any games

you could have them play musical chairs!
ie get out 5 chairs and 6 pple (it's always more fun with 3 guys and 3 girls) then u explain to them that you will play some music for a while and they have to dance around the chairs but when you stop the music, each person must grab a chair and sit on it...and as you know, one person would be left standing and whoever that is, the person gets to leave the game
you then continue by removing one chair after someone has been sent out until there is only one chair left and 2 people so these 2 people dance around the chair and when you stop the music, the person who sits on the chair first wins!

I used to own a nghtclub here in England and I have one game off the top of my head that the clubbers love....
Musical Statues....get your club beats going, something really hot and stop it every now and again, kicking people off the dancefloor if they are still moving when the music stops- it is funny as hell, they all love it...keep on playing until you have a winner
You could do with appointing the hottest girl in there as a 'judge' and tell the people playing that it is her decision who is moving when the music stops....
Crap prizes are essential as well, silly sunglasses or something like that will make you the people's favourite!!
