I am unable to access my mail because the new beta test mail system is denying me access. Sort it out. If your so-called programmers had been involved in the Apollo Moon missions the astronauts would have never got off the ground. In fact they would probably have died due to your rubbish programmimng!

"Beta test" means it is not yet considered reliable.

They must have had a management change. After messing with the address book format, the new manager, in an attempt to gain more visibilty, must have called a series of long boring meetings where he presented conjured up marketing data showing that users preferred the Outlook format. He eventually wore everyone out so that he could implement his new email format in the name of CRM and NBD. He probably came from MicroSoft.

This is the way the corporate world works.

Next, after another round of productivity killing meetings, they'll be changing their name to YipPee.

You should have posted that question in the Yahoo! Products area instead of the Science & Mathematics area.

Yahoo gives you the option to revert back to the normal mail. Maybe you ought to try that first.
