The father would be Bill Gates...founder of Microsoft, developer of the X Box video game system. The main players would be Roger Moore and J Allard. They are in charge of everything that's related to the entertainment division of Microsoft.

There is no 1 person who 'owns' the company Microsoft who develops and markets the Xbox. Microsoft is a publicly traded company with many shareholders. Bill Gates is generally regarded as the 'face' of Microsoft but he isn't THE owner.
