I have suspicions about this guy. Wasn't Anna Nicole overheard yelling at Howard K. Stern "This is your fault?" when her son died? Who has most to gain from her son's death? If this is his son, he has immediate financial rights to Anna's money, and having her son out of the picture means more money will go his way and to their son. I may be creepy for thinking this, but I have thoughts that Howard K. Stern MAY have had a role in Anna Nicole Smith's son's death somehow, especially since the boy was doing relatively well just prior to expiring in the hospital room from the drugs in his system. If I am wrong, then this Larry Birkhead (the guy claiming that the child is his) is a creep for trying to disrupt everything during their time of turmoil. Money doesn't guarantee anything in life, and I wonder if Anna Nicole is thinking the same thing now...........

According to a sworn declaration by Laurie Payne, a woman who was with Anna Nicole Smith during her pregnancy, Anna confessed in phone calls and instant messages that Larry Birkhead is the father of her baby girl and that she also miscarried another unborn baby with him prior to Dannielynn.

I used to watch "The Anna Nicole Show" (I think it was on E!), about 5 years ago and it always seemed that he was madly in love with her but she only looked at him as a friend. Typical high-school nerd crushing on the cheerleader scenario.. I truly believe he is her "rock", this lady has lost her son who she ADORED. I really can't say what kind of person he is but after watching part 1 of E.T. last night I am convinced that they are just a couple who are trying to avoid the paparazzi, media they want a private life and they want and need time to mourn. Second, I do not think he is the father, I still think it is more likely Larry Birkhead, the person who everyone said was the father when she announced the pregnancy.

Third, there is something suspicious about them staying in the Bahamas together, I don't mean suspicious in a crazy conspiracy theory "Anna killed her son!" kind of way. But there is something odd about her not returning to the US, where she has lived all her life.
