Not real sure about getting rid of everything. As with most programs on an uninstall some files like DLL's may remain. If you just seeing the Mozilla Folder, just right click and Delete the folder and any contents may help some.

After using Add/Remove programs, go to start > search. do a search for Firefox and remove any mozilla firefox entries. Also you can go to start > run and type in regedit. In there do a search for firefox and remove any entries needed. Hope this helps. good luck.

I dont know why youd want to get rid of firefox but, find the install folder a delete all its contents then goto add remove programs and remove it. that should cover it.
