Does any1 know of a disclaimer companies use for self advertising?

I am part of a new business where companies help me advertise my business while advertise their's in return.I have media kits and flyers from my company for them to pass out and buy. I need to a disclaimer of some kind to show if they want to use there own supplies but I have to approve it first.

can sum1 help with what i should and should not say

I think that's a contract issue, something you should have shown them and asked them to sign when you made your agreement. If you haven't started yet, you would type up exactly what you have written and get them to sign it.
