when a voter is unable to vote outside of his/her work hours, what are the three obligations of an employer to his employees regarding voting? oh btw it is in Canada.

Please help i need to know it. thank you!

You should request your employer that you intend to vote. He is liable to grant you leave.

I don't know about actual obligations, but if you ask your supervisor, and say that you will try to vote as early/late as possible to miss the least amount of work, then they should be flexible with you and let you take a little time to go vote. Good luck!
