I agree with zeezizzi. I was going to suggest type in a number around about 700 as some of the broader letters won't fit on an A4 page.
Actually, you'll need to experiment with that as I've just tried the letters M and W, and they scroll off the side of an A4 page.

Different fonts will go up to different sizes. You probably can't make any font that big just from the drop down menu on the toolbar - you need to go into Format, the Font, and make it as large as you can. Try a few different fonts - sans serif fonts like Arial look better large. I've made signs that way and had no problem.

Since there are 120 opcodes, the opcode field is at least 7 bits (since 2^7 = 128). Since the second instruction type contains an opcode (7 bits) + flag(1 bit) and still has room for 3 register specifiers, each register field appears to be: (32-7-1)/3 = 8 bits each Therefore, looking at the last instruction encoding, we have an opcode(7 bits) and a register field (8 bits) leaving: 32 - 7 - 8 = 17 bits for the offset Since this is two's complement (that would suggest that we have approximately 2^16 addresses forward and 2^16 addresses backward. Actually, it would only allow (2^16 - 1) forward, which is why the question was couched in terms of "+/- 1".

The largest font size in Word is 72. I believe that you will need to import your letters from an outside source as clip-art.

You just cannot.. use vector based programmes like `coreldraw' which allows you to stretch the text (treating it as a vector graphic) yet keeping the proportion and sharpness intact.. you can then copy and paste the same in word as an `inline' graphic
