It depends on what situation you are in at the moment. My husband and I have a 14 month old boy who keeps us busy during the day, and my husband works 4pm to 1am. So we really can't find time to make love. About 3 months ago was the last time we did, I woke him up at 4am and believe it or not I got pregnant. I love my husband and he loves me, we just are in family raiseing time. People tell me that when the kids are older, we will have more oppertunities to make love. One friend of mine says once a week is what works for them. It's all about what the both of you want. You might have to comprimise with the other persons wants and desires. Relationships are constant work, but the work is worth it. Good luck

There really is no average, it all depends on the couples and what their desire is. Some couples have sex 3 or 4 times a day everyday, or 3 times a week some even have sex twice a month or when ever they can.

Me, being just as horny as some teenage boy who just discovered sex, love to do it a couple times a day, lol. You know, once right before the alarm goes off in the morning, once when you both get home from work, and then again once when youre going to bed at night, lol.
Sometimes for some reason we go a couple days without it. Never more than three or four days though. and thats probably only when we are mad at each other or one of us is sick or just tired cause of work, lol.

It all depends on your age and your health.
When I was in my 20`s and 30`s i did it everyday .
My 40`s maybe 4 times a week . At 45 three times a week.
My fifties once a week ,I would like it more but im single now .
I could probably go 3 times a week with the right woman.

nicely my husband and that i have been married for a touch over a year and we've a touch one. We on typical have sex about some times each and every 2 weeks. we are sturggling with our little men drowsing so we predict of that once he's drowsing by the evening we could have sex more effective typically. i'm hoping that this helps

Someone told me that sex between a couple, or lack thereof, is often a barometer of the relationship. If you think that you are not having enough sex, you need to pay a lot more attention to everything else that is going on in your relationship, not just the sex. I learned too late in my 1st marriage, but got the message in my second time around.

you are asking the wrong people. ask your partner, their opinion is the only one that matters in this respect. my husband is only interested in one position once or so a month. i, however, like all positions, many places, many times, using toys, etc. that is why he is soon to be my EX husband(among other reasons). sexual compatability is a MUST in a relationship, find this out now before one of you goes elsewhere.

that would depend on the couple and the situation. if the couple doesn't have any kids then the love making appeal is quite high. if children are involved, then it can go way down.

4 is a good number to start with during the week... the weekend is overtime and there's way more time on the clock.
