I had something similar happen to me, it did take a while to get a diagnosis and eventually after a scan they found I had cysts on my ovaries, it isn't anything serious and they can control it with drugs but it does cause your hormone levels to be high and prevent ovulation if untreated. Ask your doctor about being referred for an ultrasound and/or to see a gynacologist. If may just be an after effect of the pill but it won't do you any harm checking it out.

Please stop taking the pill. It is only confusing our body and possibly making things worse. Get hold of a copy of 'Fertility, Cycles and Nutrition' by Marilyn M. Shannon and you will find the answer.

The best way to concieve is to find out how YOUR body works (not the average body) and go from there. I would also recommend learning NFP with the Couple to Couple League (www.ccli.org), despite their very religious outlook they offer an excellent service and could really help you.

It is very worrying that say these sorts of things, but do not give you any idea how to overcome them.

I am no fertility expert, but there must be something you can take to make you ovulate.

Go back to your doctor, or maybe a family planning clinic.

Best of luck, I am keeping my fingers crossed for you.

Its normal for that to happen, it varies from woman to woman how long it takes after stopping the pill to have a normal cycle. I dont think there is anything you can do other than wait for your body to adjust, I had the same problem. Now I am as regular as clock work!

No, go back to your doctor and ask why your hormone levels are high, it doesnt sound right. They should give you more info than what they have.

It is best to work with your doctor. They will know what is best for you and your body. BC does not always effect pregnancy. When I stopped taking it, I got pregnant with twins the next month. Good luck to you.
