You don't need a bank account to get a loan. The best time to get a loan is when you don't need it. You can pay it off and have a good credit rating. It's only when you really need a loan that you have trouble getting one.

Unless you have some thing of value to use as collateral for the loan your only recourse is to get a loan from a family member or friend

I haven't been able to find one online anyway but alot of places locally will give you a signature loan. By the way the prosper.com which someone suggested 2 you earlier does require a checking account.
