I really need help, does anyone know a customer service line for google advertising or can anyone go on AIM on walk me through my problems with them? Please help! I cannot, for the life of me get our ad to show. Why are a lot of key words $5.00 to activate? And does anyone know how to get to "live chat" once I'm logged into my account?

It sounds like your ads may have keywords that are too general or a landing page that is not 'optimised' enough. This is Google's so-called 'quality control' and has affected lots of site owners for several months.
