Why is that women feel it is so important to make an emphasis on how independent they are yet they need someone in the bedroom to fullfill sexual desires?
I mean, if you are working for someone you cannot be totally independent. Even if you have your own business you are dependent on your customers. Then based on that you are not independent.
What is wrong with just saying that you do not have to depend on your man or a man for anything.
I was wondering cause my friend was ranting about how independent she is but was angry when her man said that he was working a double and she would see him in the morning. She wanted to know what she was supposed to do tonight alone. What do you all think?

Let me please make a correction here. The question is why is it important to emphasize your independence. The sexual part of it was just an example.
What i want to know is how can you be independent yet depend on others for whatever your needs may be.

I agree, I always wondered that myself. I work with a lot of women who talk about women can do everything a man can do, but let a heavy box land in front of them and it's like they forgot everything they said about their abilities.

You know, when someone feels a need to constantly emphasize something, it usually means that the opposite is true.

That is, when someone constantly tells you how good a fighter he is, usually it means that he is a poor fighter. And if someone makes a big deal about how much money he has by being flashy, then he is probably compensating for being poor.

If someone felt secure in the fact that she was independent, she would not feel a need to constantly reassure herself and others by talking about it all of the time. She would know that her independence was self-evident, and wouldn't be all that worried about proving herself to doubters.

Insecure people run their mouths. Secure people do not.

Independant obviously means different things to different people. Are you saying you can't be truely independant unless you are asexual or masturbate like crazy? I live alone with my sons. I work, I pay for everything I own, I answer to no one but my God - to me that means that I am as independant as I can be at this stage in my life. That doesn't mean I don't need a man in the bedroom, really I'd take him anywhere!

Aside from that, do you think people can ever be truely independant unless they desert society all together for a unibomber/hermit lifestyle?

sure pressure can influence a era yet 13 days overdue is lengthy yet then you definitely say your women classes at the instantaneous are not prevalent so how might want to you've planned the holiday round abnormal classes! usually the menstrual cycle is 21 days provide or take some days. if the abnormal era have become a challenge possibly your woman might want to judge the pill this would help in making them prevalent as for the holiday you'll celebrate in basic terms not almost as good as you became hoping x good luck ( i recommend a era comes after 21 days not you've one for 21 days god imagine that!)

You see, everyone is dependent on someone, no one can live alone. and about the bed thing. Men are the main people who, to fulfill their sexual desires, go to strip clubs and prostitutes, not women.

Oh honey...I'm dependent on my man, that's for sure. But, I don't need him to satisfy me in the bedroom. I like for him too, but sometimes I need to do it when he's not there. :)
