You need to do some pelvic floor exercises. This tightens the muscles around the vagina. These are not to be confused with abdominal exercises like sit ups. When you pee you can locate the pelvic floor muscles by stopping the flow of wee. You are squeezing the muscles of your pelvic floor to do that.
Once you have discovered them you need to exercise them by squeezing them and holding them. If you do this daily, several times a day you will strengthen those muscles. You will be able to squeeze them during sex too and you will find that this is pleasurable for both of you.
Also this will prevent incontinence in later years if you continue to do it.
There are weights available too that you insert and hold in using the pelvic floor.

Try Kegal excercises. You tighten up down there then hold it for a few seconds, then let it go. Maybe do 10 reps 10 times a day or so. Also you can do this when you urinate. Pee a little then stop and hold, then pee a little more and then stop. Sue Johansen from The Sunday Night Sex Show swears to it.

The only idea i have is kegel exercises. You can do them anywhere anytime noone will notice. Just try tightening up all your muscles down there like you have to urinate and need to hold it, do this for 10 seconds then stop and tighten , hold release, etc, for as long as you can as often as you can. Also do this same thing during intercourse it will help.gl

The vagina actually opens wider and gets more swollen the more you're aroused (it's made that way to hold semen better). So that's actually a good thing (contrary to popular myth). Kegal Exercises would help though. Good Luck!

When aroused the vagina does something called 'tenting', in which the vagina expands to accomodate a penis. A vaginalplasty surgery could help correct this problem, as for a quick fix, I can't think of any.

my hubby would love that!! lol he is always complaining because im too small down there!! i have heard of a product that tightens you up, but i dont recall what it is...might want to look online at adult toy stores and see if they have a product..or maybe ask your doctor, if you are too embarassed, research for such a product online, if you find one that requires a prescription, the discreetly ask your doctor for a prescription....

i do know that kegel exercises can tighten you there.....you contract and hold yr muscles down there like you are working out, the good thing is you can do these exercises anywhere and no one knows yr doing them!!

Kegal excersises might help but you have to stick with them and do alot of them to notice any difference. If you have kids then you can feel like that down there. But your probally not as big as you think you are down there. Good Luck
