US universities require that you have the equivalent of a US bachelor's degree (4 years) for admission into a graduate program. Some Canadian universities do not require that you have 4 years, so either way you should qualify. Admission granting decisions depend on the university you have chosen to apply to - Some universities require test scores (TOEFL, GMAT, GRE), work experience, volunteer work, recommendations, essays and more. You need to do some research on admission requirements and prepare a strong application package. Good luck!

Wow that is a lot. Yea if you have decent grades you should be able to get into graduate school. There are alot of universities in the United States, some easy to get in to and some hard, you just have to make a list of a handful of them and apply and see what happens. I usually select mine based on the mission of the uni, most place more importance on a particular subject, like east carolina's medschool is for rural medicine

Did you get your degree? If you did, then it should not be difficult. Some universities insist on B and above if you want to do the Masters program. Otherwise, if you average C and above and have the necessary finances for your course of study, there should be no problem. You can transfer credits and go from there.
