Try refresh and if not working, try to reboot. Often it gets clogged up.
Mine's working fine at the moment. If still problems, click on help in the upper right and follow the prompts to report it.

i read that market tracker is only for USA residents.
can i sign up to the market tracker service using my american address, paying using Paypal with my Israeli credit card while i live outside of the USA (that is using the application from outside of the USA)?

Bypass my yahoo. It is junk. Go to goggle and goggle up yahoo market console. The console works fine without my yahoo,
