The show starts off with meredith finding Mc Dreamy with Mc Hotty and assumes that they just had sex.
At the hospital Izzie reports to the chief's office leaving george and Meredith alone in the elevator to play each other's best friend, George play Christina and Meredith plays Izzie. George reveals that Callie dumped him. Meredith reveals the bit about Derek.
On the surgical floor Christina is running Burke's board and being his right hand surgeon in his procedures should he need her.
A pregnant lady with to uteruses is wheeled into the hospital for Addison to work on. George is assisting her.
Alex is trying to get McSteamy's license transferred to Seattle and getting him coffee, grunt work. McSteamy is telling him if he wants to be in plastics he will have to kiss his ring and courtsey so to speak.
Another patient comes in for Burke, this one with a difficult humpty dumpty procedure. Burke agree to it knowing if he doesn't the chief will pull his ticket. Christina is more than ready to attempt it. She is studying like crazy.
Bailey is told by the chief that Izzie is still her responsibility and that people are questioning her skills. More so, he says she is questioning her skills. She assigns Izzie to Meredith.
The couple with the two uteruses tell George that their relationship is like eggs and ham and you have to make a few sacrifices to be the pig in hat situation. Next thing you know they find out that her two babies are not the same age and one is therefore not the fiancee's . It freaks him out and he leaves.
George tries to use that line on Callie to get her back and all she hears is him calling her a pig and saying now he wants to be the pig.
Meredith and Izzie work on Mc Steamy's patient with a burnt hand who Izzie suspects of burning it on pupose to avoid taking the bar exam for the fifth time. Izzie is not suposed to talk to patients so this is the tension.
Lunch is now being held in a patient's room who is sedated, "The Quiet Guy" where Christina studies and they chat.
Bailey asks Burke if he doubts her skills. He say No.
Alex is getting tired of the grunt work and wants to go back Addison.
Mc hotty is not being nice to Meredith so Mc Dreamy tells her about the affair. She thought it was a one night stand like the one she had with Mark.
Speaking of which Mark is hitting on Callie again. She turns him down this time.
Izzie can't keep her mouth shut any more and talks to the patient and gets her to admit she burned herself on purpose.
The pregancy becomes an emergency c section to delivery the boy and leave the girl inside. The fiancee is still missing. George is new to this. Alex is ready to jump in. And, Mc hotty wants to watch.
George tells the fiancee that she wants him but he does not come. George reminds him about being the ham.
In the surgery Alex starts talking to the girl to get her to calm down when George can't hold her as she is moving too much.
The surgery goes okay.
Bailey noticing the Humpty Dumpty procedure signs up to assist.
Christina erases her name when nobody is looking.
The surgery goes off without a hitch.
Bailey however asks Burke why he erased her if he still had confidence in her skills. He did not know what to say but that he did not need her for that procedure.
The pregnant lady is getting upset but finally her fiancee comes back in and cheers her up.
Meredith and Izzie have to take the burn victim to the Psych ward and tell her she needs help. Izzie says we all need help and we don't all have people around us for that help. Izzy does.
Alex comes out of the surgery to be told by Mark that his career in plastic is over.
Derek and Meredith talk about his sister and about him and about how he needs some space right now.
George runs into Callie on the way out and she apologizes for how harsh she was about the pig thing earlier but that she does't understand and can not tolerate him taking so long to treat her like the chicken. She tells him "If you are going to chase after me be prepared to catch me.
Upstairs Christina is working Burke's Board and Bailey sees her.
Later, Christina looks exausted as she is changing out of her scrubs and Meredith ready to go home tells her "when you need me I am Here."
Outside the Hospital the chief stops Izzie and tells her that he received Meredith's notes and he wanted to say good work.

The baby was found in the school bathroom trash can and those 2 little girls were with 2 other little girls and they were the last ones to be seen leaving the bathroom so they knew the baby belonged to one of them. Thankfully the girl came forward and told them it was hers. I don't know if the baby survived they kind of just stopped the story there. The vet said he didn't care what happened and he didn't want to know that they never said they were exclusive so whatever she did it didn't matter and he still wanted to be with her. They didn't say how addison go the black panties. I was wondering about the panties too I mean like where did she get them from. wasnt that the best G.A. ever ok not the best but it was really goooooooddddd!!!!

Meredith & Derek talked for a second and he said he needs some time on his own. Izzy talked to the chief and he told her what a good job she did on first day back. Callie told George that he shouldn't chase her unless he's ready to catch her. The girl with the two babies and her boyfriend made up. The nazi (sorry can't think of her name) confronted Burke on why she couldn't scrub in and he said he couldn't use her. She really got screwed on that one. Previews for next week showed all the guys going camping, and McSteamy looked like he was hitting on Meredith.

Bailey sees Christina writing up the board for Burke and realizes (I think) that she is the one that erased her and that something is going on. Merideth and Derrick agreed on space. Callie forgave George and apoligized for being a ***** but told him he needed to verbally say if he wanted a commitment and he walked away. Thats about it
