That doesn't give you women an excuse to cuss your husband or your boyfriends out because men have feelings too.

Some of you are judgemental. I'm a woman and I've had painless births because I don't believe in "pain" and I never cussed out my spouse either.

If society says childbirth is painful, people are going to believe it and therefore they're gonna experience "pain".
If you train your mind and go through meditation during pregnancy and tell yourself if you're gonna have a painless delivery, then it will happen.

Wow. Why don't some of you people try answering a question without insulting the asker?

women cuss when they are in labor because the pain of the coochie streching is so painful and hurtful. They have nothing else on their mind but pain and they say anything and also its a way of explaining their pain such as ***** **** it hurt.

Because not many women can say that their birth was "painless", and therefore unlike you, during labor they will start swearing in order to release/relieve their pain/stress by taking it out on the person somewhat responsible for putting them in that situation. I think it's a normal reaction, and under the circumstances you can't blame the women because as always we're left holding the short end of the stick as it were! I'm sure if men could have babies they'd be A LOT WORSE! That said, I think at the end of the day men view this type of reaction as funny and "typically female", therefore, I doubt that they think twice about it!

You have never been in a delivery room to see a birth have you? Tell ya what. Try passing a few kidney stones and see if you cuss. The pain you experience from that is about half (if not more) the pain women experience.

Labor is the one time a woman is socially allowed to behave in a manner unrepresentative of a lady. Delivering a child 6 - 10 lbs through a ten centimeter hole is excruciating. After the baby is born, most women do apologize for the release of those inhinitions...But then she goes back to being a lady again. Don't take it personnallu if you were yelled at. It's a tough time for her, and the husbands or boyfriends that are in the room usually have to take the brunt of it.

Imagine unbelievable amounts of pain wreaking havoc on your body for usually hours, sometimes days. This after approximately 9 months of carrying a child inside of you that makes your hormones go crazy, give you strange food cravings, way too frequent urges to pee, feel fat because your old clothes don't fit, swell up all over, and getting so sick you can barely get out of bed. Add to that, you are trying to push a baby out of your body and probably scared because you don't know what you are doing. How can you blame them for being upset? All the guys can do is sit there, it makes them a perfect target!

Well whoopty-doo for you and your painless birth. The rest of us humans experienced the pain that comes with bringing another human into the world. By the way, what's the weather like on your planet?

you obviously have never bore a child but the fact that its called labor should be an indication of the excruciating pain you endure for an undetermined amount of time, therefore they are entitled to spew as many expletives as they see fit during their agony
