I looked this phrase up in as many Latin texts as I could. Is it spelled correctly? The closest translation gives "lingua cur" as "tongue (language) why (wherefore)." I hope this helps.

Where is it a chant from, do you know? It looks like Latin, but isn't properly, unless it's an older form like the Carmen Saliere.

definitely a chant possibly buddhist...i don't know exactly but maybe wikipedia.org could help
