if you think that you had a miscarriage, you should go to a free clinic or urgent care. If you did lose a pregnancy you muct be sure that all of the placenta and other things are completly out of your uterus and that you don't need a D & C. If there is any of that left inside of you it can cause a horrible infection and you may not even be able to get pregnant. I had a miscarriage one year ago and had severe bleeding, but after all of it passed i never had any pain, i dont think that it is normal to have stomach pain.

No, If you think you had a miscarriage & are still having pain that mean there may be fatal tissue remaining inside. You need to go to the ER (you wont have to pay right away) They will prob. do a D&C. If tissue is left inside it can result in serious infection as well as infertility. Fetal tissue does not look like blood clots like another person aswered, they are silver/grey in color. And just because you passed some does not mean you have passed it all, Also there is a chance you are still pregnant, I misscarried my 1st but w/ my son at 10 weeks I gushed blood at walmart I was standing in a pool of it, I went to ER & mybaby was fine I ended up needing to be on bed rest, but he was fine. I had a miscarriage my first pregnancy, but I had a D&C. My niece had an ectopic pregnancy and it caused severe abdominal pain. She ended up losing one of her fallopian tubes. I would find a clinic in your area. Although I don't see how a hospital could turn you away, because this could be very serious. Even if it takes paying for a doctor's office visit, you should really go. I wish you all the best.

I'm sorry to hear that. How far were you along and did you bleed alot? when I had a miscarriage i got bad cramps and had heaps of little blood clots come out. Because I wasn't very far along It just went away naturally. If you are having pain it may not have cleared out properly and you may need a D&C.

I had a m/c 3 months ago and I had very severe pains one night and then what felt like period pains until the blood stopped....10 days later.. I think its horrible that you can't see a doctor.. where do you people live that you need insurance to get basic medical care??? you need to see someone they need to check your blood to make sure the hcg levels are going down and they need to confirm m/c .... you may have only lost one baby and been carrying two .....I am sorry for your loss. www.pamsupport.org really helped me.

unfortunately if you have had a miscarriage you will need to go to the doctor. He or she may need to perform a D & C (dilation and curretege) to get all of the tissue out. If it doesn;t get removed completely it can cause issues in further pregnancies and make you very sick. I had a miscarriage 5 years ago.

There is no way to know you miscarried unless you TRIED to do something. Anyways, if it did happen, your body will start to pass blood, then blood clots (the fetal tissue). You will have bleeding possibly for several weeks, almost like a heavy period. The cramping is very normal. It can become severe. You can go to a community health center & be seen possibly free if you aren't working or have low income. This doesn't require medical attention though unless the bleeding gets to be too much.

well i'm pretty sure that u need to get checked out, it depends on how far along u were in ur pregnancy- u might a d & c procedure done (when they "clean u out") go to a clinic they are free or at least they can help u financially with the bills, last case scenario go to the ER.
