I'm going to uni next year to do Nursing for three years then I'll be contracted to work in the hospital for 3-5 years.
After that I want to move to Japan. Do I have to retrain when I get there? Or is it best to take a course in Japanese there and train there?
And how would I go about getting a job over there and moving on my own?
Moving to Japan has always been a huge ambition of mine but I don't really know how I would go about doing it.
Thanks to anyone who can help.

I'm from the UK. I've started learning Japanese. I can say some very basic phrases and I'm slowly learning 2 of the 3 alphabets.
