Hitler was married, very near the end of his life, to Eva Braun. They first met in 1929 when Eva went to work as an assisstant to a Nazi Party photographer. Her relationship with Hitler probably began in some form within a couple years after that time. In 1936, she was moved into his household as a personal assisstant. Their relationship was kept private, and only elite party members and a handful of Hitler's friends and relatives knew the true nature of it. As the end loomed eminent for Hitler and the Nazis, the two were married in the "Fuhrerbunker" on April 29, 1945.
Any claims made as to whether Hitler truly loved her or not are really speculative. It seems very unlikely that he would have carried on the relationship for so long if he had no real feelings for her, especially since she was never used as a political or public relations tool. It is even possible that she might not have known the ugly truths about the holocaust that was being carried out under Hitler's command. Several of the people who were very close to Hitler never knew the truth of what was going on.
For a very interesting and insightful look at the world's all-time most terrible villain, watch the movies Blind Spot: Hitler's Secretary, and Downfall.

Hitler had some affairs with Women, but, he really only loved himself.
He was taking heroin daily, and it is a known fact, that while using drugs of that ilk would cause some kind of impotence.
Anyway ! He was too crazy to love anybody else.

Hitler presented himself to his public as a man without an intimate domestic life, dedicated to his political "mission". He is known to have had a fiancée, Mimi Reiter in the 1920s, and to have later had a mistress, Eva Braun. He had a close bond with his niece Geli Raubal, which many commentators have claimed was sexual.[20] All three women attempted suicide during their relationship with him, a fact which has led to speculation that Hitler may have had unusual sexual fetishes, though Reiter, the only one to survive the Nazi regime, denies this.[21] During the war and afterwards psychoanalysts offered numerous inconsistent psycho-sexual explanations of his pathology. More recently Lothar Machtan has argued in his book The Hidden Hitler that Hitler was homosexual.

Does it matter who Hitler loved, what his favourite song was, or what his pets were called? That's the fodder of glossy magazines, and of no real historical relevance. Let's face it - there are a few more relevant facts about Hitler, like the whole ethnic cleansing deal for example...

Hitler's lover was EVA BRAUN -
WHAT do we know about Eva Braun? She was blonde, she was pretty and she was Hitler's lover. They committed suicide together in Hitler's Berlin bunker. That made her name -- nobody really knew she existed until then, concealed as she had been from his adoring public. She liked clothes too. We know that, but otherwise her healthy farmgirl's face, framed by its blonde curls, conjures up something of a blank: a woman dancing merrily on the surface of life.

Some say he was a homosexual, but if nothing else he had problems with women. He did have an affair with his niece we know, who ended up killing herself, and whether or not he did have sex with Eva Braun will never fully be known. However, he did love himself, based off his pride and mega-egotism.

According to himself, Hitler loved Germany, which is strange because he wasn't even German. All in all he is a difficult man to get a handle on, because most of his spoken and written word seems to have been done to manipulate others.
