Could be normal. Not to scare you, but this just happened to me & I miscarried. I stopped gaining weight for a whole month. The sickness stopped. I had no cramping or anything else though. All in all, I felt great. I truly am not trying to wig you out, but please see a doctor to double check everything.

So, the worst symptoms peak between 9-12 weeks which means by 11 weeks you might be feeling much better already and in the lovely lull of the 2nd trimester (in symptoms not gestationally) by 11 weeks. But. a heartbeat of 120 at 6 weeks is pretty low and not a good sign. As for miscarriage, well most women experience one so you would not be alone, there are worse things (like a stillbirth or loosing a child from SIDs or dying yourself).

You sound like me, I am 12 weeks pregnant and sound like you, my morning sickness only. I started being sick when I was about 8 weeks pregnant and it was one of the main reasons I knew I was pregnant. The morning sicknes has now stoppped completely apart from some quesieness at different times of the day, but I think this is down to eating pickles 24/7.

I felt the same as you when it stoppped, you think "i dont feel pregnant now" but dont worry, think yourself lucky I do, I was panicking that I was gonna be one of the women who suffers for the whole 9 month.

My tiredness is still here, but not to the same extreme, so you should notice that going soon too.

You should be okay until you start your 3rd trimester then the sickness, fatigue will start again, so enjoy it while you can, this is what I am going to do.

first of all congrats well this is totally normal some women never even experiance morning sickness well other pregnant women like myself experianced moring sickness all the way to my 7 month you will always feel tired of course but dont get paranoid it stresses the baby also just wait until your next dr visit or give him a call and tell him whats going on well good luck as for you having a miscarriage if your not spotting or having cramps i think you should be fine

This can be completely normal, but if you are concerned about it see your Dr. even if everything is fine, your worrying over this isn't good for you. But personally when I was pregnant with my son, I didn't feel pregnant, at first there were signs nausea and things, then nothing, it scared me, but everything was fine and my little man just turned 1 yesterday. I wish you all the best.

It is normal for the sickness to end at this week. For some people it goes on a couple of weeks more and in rear cases all the pregnancy!

I'm sure plenty of women have that. Consider yourself lucky and try not to worry about it Sometimes morning sickness lasts the whole nine months. Good luck.

yes it is....morning sickess can go away as fast as it came....mine was going overnight at 13 weeks...my dr said it was pretty normal and I was having the worst morning sickness. If you are concerned give your GP a call just to put your mind at ease. Congrats on the baby!

You are getting close to the end of your first trimester and for some women that is when morning sickness subsides -- Just call your doctor and ask him about it just to be on the safe side

girl consider urself blessed for it going away! women would kill for the morning sickness to fade if they have been really sick- so it's normal, i never had morning sickness in the 2 pregnancies that i've had so i wouldn't know but my friends have had really bad morning symptoms and i've been there with them. it sucks! so congrats!
