Actually, Singapore is really small, not like the US where u hv to travel miles to get to the stores...so shopping online is more prudent. Your friend may want to enjoy the "actual, real" shopping by visiting the stores instead !
The favourite past time of Singaporeans is shopping, get her to imerse in the shopping crowd during weekends, have fun !

singapore is a shopping paradise so we have almost everything in town. if online shopping is preferred, we have vpost (by singpost) though i think most of us buy from overseas shopping sites (have to consider the shipping costs).
