Yes, morality is following the rules and behavior of a good citizen whereas etiquette is to only follow acceptable rules and behavior.

An example could be that you are in a movie theater and the movie is at a climax yet the person near you starts choking on popcorn. You would be breaking etiquette by making a noise and disturbing everyone but be morally correct in providing help to a person in an emergency.

If you are interested, the opposite to this is if you were in the same situation but you had to urinate and you had a bottle and proceeded to quietly urinate in the bottle. This would mean you obey etiquette by not disturbing anyone but would be rather immoral in carrying out something not considered socially acceptable.

Morals are way more important than etiquette. However, they usually go hand in hand; if you have good morals than your etiquette should be a little better than most.

Yes etiquette is something that society deems to be appropriate behavior in specific situations. For example it is etiquette to not chew with your mouth open in front of others or not to burp and fart in public, but neither of those are immoral. Even morality has societal bases, but I believe that something immoral is something that hurts others.

Your question is a tad incomplete, but I think that if it is moral, it reinforces the rules of etiquette

I'm sorry, that doesn't make sense to me. Can you rephrase or add more info?
