when I was growing up, and I would blow my nose real hard I was told if it wasn't so much I would think it was your brain. Isn't that cruel? I wander if I can still sue for mental abuse?

Pretty much, anybody can sue for anything, although I would say in this case the odds of you cashing out are pretty slim. The really interesting question is, did you feel traumatized and what has that meant to you today?

its not a funny joke for you to be asking something like that when they're people out there who are actually being emotionally abused. I was emotionally and physically abused for the majority of my childhood, when your father puts a gun to your head and says I could kill you right now, then we'll talk.

that is not exactly traumatic....if you became someone who couldnt go near paper because of it and therefore never went to school or had a job and constantly had a runny nose...then we could talk abou tit as trauma :)
