Yes! I'm a Pennsylvanian, so I grew up eating the stuff. I didn't know there were places without scrapple until I was 25.
I also like pierogies, birch beer, Rolling Rock beer (the real kind, from Latrobe), and pretzels (both hard and soft). And you can't get a decent cheese steak more than about 50 miles from Philadelphia!!

It's not bad, but I think it's more of an acquired taste. I wouldn't eat it again if there was something else available.
