Yeah.. why not? If people can have Tofurkeys.. I geuss it would be fine.

But yeah come to think of it, we have turkey all the time throughout the year, just not as dressed up.. usually on a sandwich or something.

So it should be fine.

Have a ham.

xx

A turkey is okay without a Thanksgiving dinner!

'Thanksgiving' is not the meal. Thanksgiving is about being thankful for what you have. The family down the street that can't afford the 'typical thanksgiving dinner' is just as thankful as the family that can! They will just celebrate it in a different way and with a different entree. Having your family and friends and whatever else you are thankful for is what makes thanksgiving ok.

I guess you can have Thanksgiving Dinner without a turkey, but in my opinion, it's not the same.

Of course. Ham, goose, or a nice roast are all good substitutes to turkey.

Sure it is. I usually like to get some KFC on Thanksgiving.

We've had ham before. I hate Turkey, no matter how it's prepared.
