I am not sure how or why your wrists would be hurt from you nursing (I assume a baby). And why would you have nursed a baby while walking around? Have they tested you for carpal tunnel?

I can sympathize with your pain, but you don't sound like a cooperative patient. Is you do have tendinitis it takes a long time to heal. You probably need to take anti-inflammatories, ice the wrists off and on throughout the day and do mild rehab. Avoid whatever is aggravating the condition and learn how to substitute movement or whatever to compensated for this injury so it can heal. There is no quick solution.

Good luck!

I've heard from one of the MD's I work with that chronic pain can be linked to vitamin D deficiency. People are limiting their exposuer to the sun due to the UV damage it causes. Our bodies produce Vitamin D through the skin via the UV rays. There is not an abundance of vitamin D in food, other than fortified milk. Take a supplement; usually 1,000mcg is sufficient. Also Taurine a free form amino acid also helps in reducing stress which can increase pain. Give these a try. It's all natural. You can get them at your local GNC store or Health Food stores.

sounds like carpel tunnel syndrome to me.
it happens to moms a lot.

my mom had surgery for hers and wasn't supposed to go back to work for 6 weeks (school bus driver with no power steering on the bus) and felt capable after 2 days. went back to work after 3 weeks. her carpel tunnel was so bad she couldn't hold her coffee cup (it kept falling out of her hand). she had to sip and refill.
