personal conduct - the art of behaving in a professional manner in a salon. basically, the stylist's main focus is that of the client and not of what is the latest 'drama" going on in their life. think about how you would like to be treated by a stylist - the golden rule works everywhere!

while i circulate to a sparkling elegance salon I do sense somewhat worried. They by no skill do my hair the way i %, they start up slicing etc then circulate out for lunch or something and that i do in basic terms unlike that. I now have a great Beautician and that i pray she would be in a position to stay consistently!
