sin(x+y) = sin(x)cos(y) + sin(y)cos(x)
cos(x+y) = cos(x)cos(y) - sin(x)sin(y)
sin(2x) = sin(x+x) = 2sin(x)cos(x)
cos(2x) = cos²(x) - sin²(x) = 2cos²(x) - 1 = 1 - 2sin²(x)

First term is
sin(B+2C) = sin(B)cos(2C) + sin(2C)cos(B) =
sin(B) - 2sin(B)sin²(C) + 2sin(C)cos(C)cos(B)

Apply repeatedly, collect terms, and simplify using algebra and the identities as required ☺
