Didnt you ever read about the poor chinese women who used to bind their feet to stop them growing? Its not a good idea....be happy with your feet they're the only pair you get. So what if they're a size 3, a size 9 or a size 15.

the only way you can cut the size of your feet down is if they are larger for a reason

this may be because of fluid retention or being overweight

by dealing with one of these if they are a problem will reduce the size of your feet.

my friend dropped 2 shoe sizes when she lost alot of weight.

If they are just meant to be large, then apart from chopping your toes off there is nothing to be done

if you are still young like 13 to 18. you can prevent or restrict it to grow bigger by wearing tight shoe. However, you must aware that it might affect the lay of your feet bone. if you are an adult, live with what you are now.

The Japanese thought small feet were elegant and used to bandage young girls feet up to stop them from growing.

I don't think its advisable, but you could try it!

NNNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO....

If you are worried about your feet looking large wear shoes that are flat across the front, this will make them appear smaller, avoid pointed fronts as this will make them feel and look larger.
