The one that was left at the bottom of the box when all the others had been taken.
Oh, sorry, you mean what winds me up kind of last straw. Lots of things - crap adverts; phone calls when there's no one on the other end; cats; when you can't get the plastic bag to open at Tesco; when people say, 'Do you know what I mean?' all the time (we are both speaking English so of course I know what you mean); text language; girls who wear short skirts then spend all day pulling them down a bit; people who never indicate when driving; people who take up two parking spaces; when Living TV put on one episode of CSI one week and then the concluding second part when it all makes sense a week later; when tv companies put crap out all week every week and then when there's two passably good things on, they put them on at the same time; award ceremonies; people with more money than sense; incorrect punctuation; people who do not pronounce the letter t in twenty; people who swear excessively........and lots more things besides.
I bet you wish you hadn't asked now.

Generally last one in the box and personally ... I give people two chances and when they let me down second time ... I don't even give them a third strike as in the USA! I don't send them to jail but to the world of non entities forever!
