Those are fake.

Freelotto? I doubt. Pay 9 cents is proof the 'free'lotto thing is a bogus.

Try calling them. If there's no contact page, then it's a fake website that only wants some money.

Did you enter a lottery at freelotto? There is no reputable lottery that makes you pay before they release your money. Read this at snopes.com - http://www.snopes.com/crime/fraud/lottery.asp

sounds like a scam to me and I don't know what it is in "Rupee's" but I'll tell you it's not that much here. More then a nickle, less then a dime...so nine pennies or one nickle and four pennies!! Still I don't know what it converts to!

9 rupes is equal to USD .20 cents.

9 USD cents is equal to 4.04 rupes

It is a scam, you won't get anything. Ignore, delete, and tell anyone else to do the same.

you didn't win anything. It's a scam. You sent them money and they disappear.....don't do it, just delete it.

No lottery asks you for money AFTER you have won.
