Am not a woman,but i know,alot off women who experience this,one off them is my girl friend(woman), its an hormone thing,its a time when you are most fertile,as an egg is release and so your body is kinda in over drive.

interesting question, but most women i know have pms prior to their visitor, and do not even want to cuddle or even be touched during that time frame, and most need locked in a room with padded walls and meals placed thru an opening in locked door untill it passes.
