Extreme passive behavior, to the point of others taking advantage of the one that is passive and that person not realizing for her own self that she was being used and abused both emotionally and psychologically and monetarily.

I am referring to my mother.

What about you? What is the worst personal trait of somebody you've lived with?

The worst personal trait I live with somebody is split personality. Behind closed doors he is so mean to me and infront of people he is so sweet.

My dad gets in this argumentative state, all of a sudden he'll explode and everything I do or say is wrong - the other day I think all I said was that I like the look of long-haired Alsatians and he went off on one at me, saying that I should get my facts straight before talking to them (him and my mother) about such things, and that they are not cute at all but vicious animals. Admitedly it's something to do with alcohol, but needless to say my brother and I don't visit there often!

My ex housemate, the psycho norwegian writer... Oh my god he was really really skanky, never cleaning up after himself, never cleaning himself for that matter, always stealing people's booze and leaving little letters of apology in it's place, leaving raw meat out all over the place, missing the loo when pissing, throwing knives about the house, playing calssical music at full blast at 4am... My god what a nightmare!!

Personally for me it was the blowing of his nose every morning as soon as the spray deodorant was used and aftershave.

It was like a foghorn!

No disrespect meant for true nasty traits!

Selfishness

Constant aggressiveness. I can take a lot - snoring, dirty clothes everywhere, shirking on housekeeping duties, late bills, sulking, whatever. But when you have to put up with somebody constantly itching for a fight, no way.

im living with him now....he's one of those people who will happily use other peoples stuff, but when he buys something, he writes his name all over it along with 'hands off'.

its kind of a 'whats yours is mine and whats mine is mine' situation.

PLUS, we have like 15 plates between the 4 of us but every 5 days or so we run out cos they're all sittin in his room dirty.
