Cleansing emulsions work better on wet skin.. goes on smoother and foams better... do not apply any "soaps" to dry skin since your skin will try to absorb it.

The best result will be when you wet your face with water and then apply cleansing emulsion. Don't worry it won't dry your skin, but you must have some water in order to clean your face properly.

You will get better result if you was your face first,
just use enough to cleanse your face this way it is easier to wash after.
