What do you mean by trying?
Is it an effort? Why?
Is it an avoidance of action right now, why?
Does to try mean i cant now but i might some other time in the future?
What does i will do it mean? I have understood fully and i will act?
Does it mean i don't know if i can but i will attempt?

Where is somewhere for you? As in the opposite of no where?

If i said nettles sting and there are many on your path, i explain what they are, how they look etc, will you say i will try to avoid them or will you be attentive, watch-full, act?
You are are either in the process of trying or you are doing.

Only in doing do you get somewhere.

Try it out, experiment.

Trying may not get you what you want 100% of the time. But I believe all that you attempt brings you to a greater understanding of yourself. So even if you fail in the general sense, you will always come out a winner if you can see where things went wrong and how you can work on yourself and your abilities for future attempts.

Keep trying, keep learning, and good luck.

This is true trying may get you nowhere so what is point of wasting time and effort. The point is the if we keep trying somewhere might get to you instead. A train for example does not go anywhere and neither it wants to go anywhere it just stands at one place turning its wheels and stations keep coming to it. Same is true for our walking!

If trying gets you nowhere??

Perhaps it will get someone else somewhere....
Often when you don't get the result you are looking for, your actions could initiate something else you didn't expect. Someone may have witnessed your plight and sympathised, continuing your struggle without your knowledge....
Other people may join this person and before you know it, a movement is started.

All because you tried.
Remember: everything worthwhile must be fought for.

If all else fails, at least you can say "I tried".

Exactly. It doesn't make sense to keep doing the same thing over and over expecting different results. But It also isn't good to give up. When you know what doesn't work, try something else. It's possible to succeed by the process of elimination.

When you hit rock bottom you have two ways to go; straight up or sideways. You can do nothing and stay where you are or you can try to do something. You may not go exactly straight up but it's better than giving up and not living any type of existence.

Keep trying eventually you will get there. As Robbie Burns said "If at once you don't suceed, try, try, again." I never give up unless I am completely exhausted. Then when I am refreshed, I pick myself up and try again. I'm desperately trying to get to next level and I'm not going to give up!

Yes it does!
It gives you experience.
It makes you stronger.
It teaches you stuff you can learn in the future.

Anybody who ever did anything important failed over and over while they were trying to do it.

What do you think all those 'sayings' are about?

'Get back up, brush yourself off and start all over again!'

'If you fall off a horse, get right back on it.'

'If at first you don't succeed, try try again!'

You just hang in there. Life will get much much better. I promise!

there is no point in TRYING
there is only a point in DOING

when you do, not try but do, you will aim higher and further and therefore get closer to your goal...then you learn and this learning moves you along.

Trying is losers language, trying implies you can or cant do something, so youre setting yourself up to fail...set yourself to win and you will see the difference.

hope this helps x
