Yes it is possible for a woman to become pregnant even if the penis does not enter the vagina. The pre cumm has sperm in it and the little boogers swim!!
Since she was on her period the odds are she will not become pregnant, but it is not impossible!

Hi i read your paragraph. I doubt she will be pregnant if you didnt cumm up her. But you should try to be more careful as next time she could be. If you are in any doubt's you could get her to go to the Dr's for morning after pil. As far as i am aware you can get pregnant while on your period but it wasn't sex really was it?

it is possible but very unlikely considering the timing and amount.. be care full next time .. you can spread some std by just having intimate time.... also what are you learning at home and school.... is no one educating these children....

If you didn't (in your own words, mind you) "put it inside" then I highly doubt she'll become pregnant. If you're so worried about this being a problem in the future, wear a condom.
