I try not to look back, face forwards, that way you can see whats coming and whats about to hit you smack bang on the forehead!
I have probably wasted far more than one week!
There's not much you can do about it now...and surely sitting for twenty minutes and thinking about if you have wasted a week, which doesn't really get you anywhere, is just adding to your wasted time?

Longer than a week man. Wasted a career path is the longest i've thought about though.

No. I find it best it not to dwell on time wasted but what you've achieved... which incidentally is nothing this week, other than finding a tenner in a pocket of a coat I was going to get dry cleaned....!

No. I make it a point to never look back on anything. I learn my lessons from past experiences and move on. I don't like to dwell on things I can't change and time that's already gone. I always look at the now and the future.

I never look back. I only move forward in life. Because life is to short to look back. I do regret mistakes I have made though. The only thing I can do about that is to learn from them and move on.
