There is a medical condtion where people really can not sweat. I think you would have discovered if you had this already by overheating.
If you work out and it's cold or windy, your sweat will evaporate fast and maybe make you believe you aren't sweating.
Or, if you don't workout hard enough, you won't sweat. You could get a heart rate monitor to see if you are exercising in a good "target range" appropriate for your age.
Also, in terms of weight loss, you can't measure your success in losing weight by the amount you sweat in a workout. That water just comes right back. The secret to weight maintenance is exercising consistently and eating a good diet.

Don't worry about sweating off your weight, with the first cup of water you drink you gain back your water loss. Just keep exercising. What you want to lose is fat. That's about it.

I had this problem once, you know not sweating. You have to drink lots of water, and exercise regulary. I like to play basket ball (good workout)!

Do 30 or more minutes of cardio six days a week. Run, Cycle, swim, or Ellipical training.
