It's not just that one. Any advert for any of the loans, get out of debt quick or 'You got a paper cut at work. Now see if you can sue the a-se off them' gets on my nerves.
What about CILLIT BANG? Pardon? I didn't quite hear it. Or any advert which is about air freshner showing someone in the toilet? It's not really something I want to think about when I'm having my tea, thanks, some kid who has just done a dump trying to get rid of the smell.
And whilst I'm on the subject of air freshner, what about the one where the little kid counts each puff of air freshner? Has he got nothing else better to do?

OMG don't get me started on Loan (shark) ads!
For a start that guy is really smug and annoying and so is his missus! They both need to be slapped over and over again with a wet fish.
The thing I hate about loan company ads is that they are trying to rip off people who are already in dire financial straits by offering them secured (ie you default and you lose your home) loans at stupid rates of interest and basically getting them into MORE debt!!!!
I once (when in a financial mess) tried to get a loan from one of these idiot companies and the interest rate they offered was something like 45%! Seriously! Needless to say I didn't go ahead.
Borrowing more money is never a solution to debt problems (unless you can borrow it from family who aren't going to charge massive rates of interest or repossess your home if you get into problems paying them back!)
I think the government should clamp down on these ads, they are really out of order. Anyone in debt needs to contact their local CAB or the Consumer Credit Counselling Service - they can sort you out without the risk of getting yourself into even more debt!
As for the Halifax ads, with those sad bank worker losers trying (and failing miserably) to sing and dance to cheesy songs with their lyrics changed - I have to reach for the mute button whenever they come on.

He is just so annoying - his voice gets on my nerves. And she's a stupid cow for videoing him whilst he's on the phone. They shouldn't be buying gadgets like that if they are so bloody broke. The other one for picture that they show a lot now is just as bad - you know the Geordie woman ringing for a loan whilst the kid Josh keeps asking where his scooter is. If I ever wanted a loan, I definitely wouldnt be calling Picture as it appears only sad w ankers do so !!

What I want to know is who says on the phone to someone he doesn't know personally 'Is that thunder your end or mine' (cheeky) and as the other answer said, who really videotapes their husband making a call to a loan company. Maybe for fake compensation claims?
The other picture ad annoys me too when the guy is going on about his 'two perfect children' (oh boy, wait til they grow up mate!).
The most annoying in my opinion is the elephant.co.uk ad where the guy screams 'AAAAAAGGGGHHHH, does searching for car insurance drive you crazy' and you want to answer 'no, but you screaming down my earhole does'
Sorry, just needed a rant, seen too many advert this morning

Don`t you think its deliberate that he is such a pain in the backside..it makes us remember the advert..I had never heard of Picture Loans now I have..so the strategy as annoying as it is works...I really feel he has the sort of face you want to slap with a dead fish...

And I thought I was the only one. I HATE this advert, so much that my kids laugh at me when it comes on. The latest one with the wife on the phone is even worse.... and then in comes the tw@t dad while she is on the phone to picture....and the music in the background.....that's my rant over for today :)

That advert is so bad - and the cheesy music. Urr! She's no better, what the hell is she filming him for? Does anyone in the real world makes videos of their partners ringing up about a new loan - nu-uh! I hope he does get struck by lightening!
