when computer is off, you cant even see where it shot it. When I turn it on, have colored streaks going horiz. through the middle and a round circle with colors and streaks, etc where the pellet shot.

You will have to replace the screen and take the air pellet gun away from the kid.
I would suggest http://www.screentekinc.com or eBay. You should first remove the screen from the laptop to get the part number off the back of the screen, so you know what your looking for.
I found some removal instructions on the site I gave you. They are for a Dell, a different model, but it should be the same process.

first why was your son shooting a pellet gun that close to others?
second you need to replace the screen after you've locked the pellet gun away
