Get one of those baloons that you can sit on. A good video will help. After a little time of this you will be confident of yourself. Thats 90% of the problem. The rest is practice. Do you mean Bladder Meridian Stretches (as in Traditional Chinese Medicine)? Or do you mean Western Medicine Bladder?

I dont think it is possible to exercise the bladder, the muscles are not under that sort of control.
