im female with a reasonably flat stomach but would like to tone it up

I use the execise ball for my sit ups. I do about 100 everyday or second day and it really works. The ball doesn't even cost much (10$ can) and comes with a diagram of different execises to do for your whole body.

I do 200 a day and mine is pretty toned now. Your number is based on how many you can do. I worked up to 200 and next week, I'll go for 250. Exercising is all about setting a goal, reaching it, then setting another. You want to always try to do more. Your body will get used to doing what it's doing and then you won't see any different results. If you add more to your workout, you'll keep getting results.

If you can do more than 10, then I think 25-30 would do it daily.
I use to do these right b/4 I showered and went to bed.....It works even while you are sleeping...good luck (3-4 days is enough to do weekly) unless you want more...........
