If the test showed you were pregnant than you are pregnant. Ive heard of false negative due to the fact that there is not enough pregnancy hormone in your urine yet but I think a false positive is rare so I would say go to the doctor to get an "official" answer.

You need to talk to someone. Whether it be your parents, a friend, a guidance counselor, or a friends parents. There are options for you out there. But get the ball rolling now. Also have you told the boy this yet? You can go to www.plannedparenthood.com for help. They are a great form of support for people in situations like yours. Take another test for your satisfaction. Normally these tests don't give false positive. Don't read test results after 10 minutes. You will get both control and test lines clear and sharp.
